REGION IX COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION

A message from Region IX

"The Region IX Community Action Association is a great group of diverse agencies that operate in the nation's western states.  The Association is comprised of 65 agencies in communities that are as diverse as can be.  From urban to suburban to rural to mountainous or agricultural environments region members serve a large number of the country's poor in a wide variety of ways.  We are a critical part of the fabric of our communities as we promote economic opportunities and provide needed services.  The regional association is working to develop additional resources to support members in their efforts.  Our efforts are designed to complement members at a different level.  We look forward to the challenge."
