Membership Levels
A. Regular Members:
Agencies which are designated by their local government as the anti-poverty agency and are governed by a tripartite board are Regular members.
B. Associate Members:
Agencies which are subject to the grandfather clause, are not governed by a tripartite board, receive funding for anti-poverty programs and who support the efforts of the Corporation may join as Associate Members. Additionally, the following groups may join as Associate Members contingent they are in accordance with CSBG law: American Indian grantees, a limited purpose grantee and Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers grantees.
C. Sustaining and/or Individual Members:
Those corporations and/or individuals who support the efforts of the Corporation and desire to participate shall be eligible for a non-voting membership. Applicants are subject to a review process specific to this class of membership with the following provisions: The Sustaining or Individual member application will be presented to the Membership and Meetings Committee Chair for approval.
